Hello Kitty

I made this cake for a young lady turning 6. She is very girly and loves Hello Kitty and pink. This was my first time doing a Buttercream cake without covering it in fondant. It was more time consuming but well worth it! The cake is half chocolate half vanilla. Just baked 2 13x9's and cut them in half and stacked on each other.

Cream Cheese Frosting - A super sweet frosting, goes very good on the Red Velvet Cake

Oreo Cream Cheese Frosting - A sweet indulgence loved by everyone that adores sweets and cookies

White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting - A sweet frosting with a hint of white chocolate

Fondant - A dough like covering that can be place over frosting to give the cake a smooth apperance.
